Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions
What does TransVoucher do?
TransVoucher is a Web3 infrastructure platform that lets creators, brands, and developers mint NFTs, deploy smart contracts, and host digital assets on decentralised storage — all without needing deep blockchain expertise. We handle the technical complexity so you can focus on your project.
Which blockchains do you support?
We support NFT minting and smart contract deployment across 40+ EVM-compatible and non-EVM chains, including Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, and more. Your dashboard shows the full up-to-date list. We continuously add new networks based on demand.
What types of NFT projects can I launch?
We support a wide range of NFT use cases:
- • PFP / profile picture collections
- • 1/1 art editions and open editions
- • Gaming items and in-game assets
- • Music and video NFTs
- • Membership and access-pass tokens
- • Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation
- • Soulbound tokens (non-transferable)
How does IPFS / decentralised storage work?
When you upload your NFT assets, we pin them to IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) — a decentralised content-addressed storage network. Each file gets a unique CID (Content Identifier) that you embed in your token metadata. Because the content is addressed by its hash rather than a server location, your assets remain accessible even if any individual server goes offline. We also provide CDN-backed gateways for fast, reliable delivery.
Do I need to write Solidity / smart contract code?
No. TransVoucher provides audited, production-ready smart contract templates for the most common NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-404, etc.). You configure your collection parameters — supply, royalties, mint price, allowlist — through our dashboard and we deploy the contract on your behalf. If you have custom requirements, our team can assist with bespoke contract development.
Can I integrate TransVoucher into my own app or website?
Yes. We offer a developer API that lets you trigger minting, query collection data, and manage assets programmatically. Our API is REST-based with JSON responses and supports webhook notifications for on-chain events. Contact us to get your API credentials and integration guide.
What royalty standards do you support?
We support EIP-2981 (on-chain royalty standard) which is respected by most major marketplaces including OpenSea, Blur, LooksRare, and others. You set your royalty percentage at contract deployment time. Note that marketplace-level royalty enforcement varies; EIP-2981 ensures your royalty preference is recorded on-chain regardless.
How do allowlists and phased mints work?
We support Merkle-tree-based allowlists, which let you whitelist specific wallet addresses for early or discounted minting without storing the full list on-chain (saving gas). You can configure multiple mint phases — e.g. a private allowlist phase, a public phase — each with independent pricing, supply caps, and timing.
What happens to my assets if I stop using TransVoucher?
Your smart contracts are deployed on-chain and fully owned by you — they continue to exist on the blockchain regardless of your relationship with us. For hosted assets, upon account closure we provide a 30-day window to migrate your IPFS pins to your own Pinata, Infura, or NFT.Storage account. We provide export tools to make this seamless.
Is my collection's metadata mutable or immutable?
You choose. We support both mutable metadata (useful for dynamic or reveal-based NFTs) and immutable metadata (where the URI is frozen on-chain, proving permanence to collectors). For reveals, we handle the pre-reveal placeholder and the reveal transaction automatically.
What are your fees?
Our fees depend on your project scope, chain selection, collection size, and service tier. We offer transparent, project-based pricing with no hidden costs. Gas fees are passed through at cost or estimated upfront. Reach out via the contact form on our homepage or on Telegram for a custom quote.
How secure is the platform?
Security is a core priority. Our smart contract templates are audited by third-party security firms. We use multi-factor authentication for all dashboard access, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and regular penetration testing. We never hold custody of your funds or private keys.
