1. Introduction

Welcome to TransVoucher. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our NFT minting, smart contract deployment, IPFS hosting, and Web3 infrastructure services ("Services") provided by TransVoucher ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses TransVoucher Services.
• "NFT" means a non-fungible token — a unique digital asset recorded on a blockchain.
• "Smart Contract" means self-executing code deployed on a blockchain network through our platform.
• "Platform" means TransVoucher's Web3 infrastructure, dashboard, and APIs.
• "Content" means digital files, metadata, images, and other assets you upload or create using our Services.

3. Services

3.1 What We Provide

TransVoucher provides blockchain infrastructure including:

• • NFT minting and smart contract deployment across multiple chains
• • Decentralised asset storage and IPFS pinning
• • Metadata hosting and CDN delivery
• • Token-gating and access control tooling
• • Developer APIs for integrating NFT functionality into your products

3.2 Supported Networks

We support NFT deployment across 40+ blockchain networks. Specific network availability is shown in your dashboard. We continuously expand chain support based on ecosystem demand.

3.3 Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability for all services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Blockchain network conditions (congestion, forks, outages) are outside our control and may affect service performance.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Obligations

• • Provide accurate business and identity information during registration
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4.2 Content Responsibilities

• • You are solely responsible for the content you mint or host through our platform
• • You must own or have the right to use all intellectual property in your NFTs
• • You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
• • You are responsible for accurate NFT metadata and collection descriptions

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including:

• • Minting NFTs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• • Creating or facilitating scam or rug-pull NFT projects
• • Money laundering or terrorist financing
• • Uploading content involving minors in any sexual context
• • Circumventing platform security or access controls
• • Using our infrastructure to attack or disrupt blockchain networks
• • Reselling our services without prior written authorisation

6. Fees & Billing

Fees for our services are disclosed during onboarding and in your dashboard. Fees may include:

• • Platform service fees for minting and contract deployment
• • Storage fees for IPFS pinning and asset hosting
• • Blockchain gas fees (passed through at cost or estimated)

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create and mint through our platform. By using our Services, you grant TransVoucher a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

TransVoucher's platform, APIs, and tooling are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VULNERABILITIES. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE; WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES DUE TO INCORRECT WALLET ADDRESSES OR USER ERROR.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSVOUCHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF NFT VALUE, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FAILURES, OR THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE CHANGES.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TransVoucher in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, your hosted assets on IPFS will remain pinned for 30 days. After that period, we may unpin content unless you migrate to your own storage.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
